Customer Success Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire customer lifecycle, guaranteeing maximum value derivation from our products by our customers and fostering a strong advocacy presence in the market.

We are seeking an experienced leader who will collaborate with our team to create a comprehensive strategy for customer success, ensuring seamless integration between our solutions and our clients' business operations.

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize total customer engagement, retention, and development, aligning them with revenue targets.
  • Establish metrics across the team for monitoring product & feature consumption, active users, health score, retention, cross-sell/upsell, and lifetime value.
  • Drive customer adoption programs to maximize value derived from our products.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills, is proactive, data-driven, and has a proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success roles within technical SaaS businesses.
