The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated & fully qualified Tax Manager to join our Tax Team based in Dublin 4.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality tax consultancy services to clients.
  • Working in collaboration with other areas of the business such as Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Business Advisory teams.
  • Managing a client portfolio profitably while actively seeking and developing opportunities for both existing and new clients.
  • Identifying and project-managing tax consultancy assignments using solutions-based tax planning.
  • Advising overseas clients relocating to Ireland on compliance and tax structuring projects.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships both within the firm and within the wider international network.
  • Staying abreast of tax technical changes as a result of the evolving international tax landscape.
  • Developing and training more junior members of the team, taking responsibility for both their technical and practical experience.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for:

  • A CTA / CTC Qualified (Accountancy qualification is also desirable).
  • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience with VAT in Ireland and/or internationally is essential for this role.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate tax both in Ireland and internationally.
  • Client focused with an interest in developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent team management skills.
