We are recruiting therapists to provide high-quality, safe and effective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. As a therapist, you will work with clients of working age who have a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention.
  • Deliver high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes.
  • To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client.
  • Work at a client level to provide group psychoeducation, raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing, promotion of mental wellbeing guidance via remote presentation, workshop events and training as and when required.
  • Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team.
Requirements
  • Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited.
  • Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
  • At least 2 years' experience providing high intensity CBT interventions, working with clients of working age who have a range of presentations.
