Lead Residential Care Professional


A dynamic and supportive team is seeking a qualified Lead Residential Care Professional for a full-time position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a warm, accepting, and secure environment for young people in residential care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Ensuring that staff are providing high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Developing strategies to collaborate with external agencies and ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Leading day-to-day activities in the residential home and working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working with young people in a residential setting.
  • A driving license.
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following fields: social care, social work, psychology, child and adult psychotherapy, youth and community, teaching, nursing, social science, or counselling.
