About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented sales professional to establish Rippling as a market leader in the EMEA region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory plans, managing pipeline in Salesforce, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing Rippling as a market leader across EMEA
  • Working closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook
  • Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BA/BS degree
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
  • Success in top-performing sales organizations
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
