About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a talented sales professional to establish Rippling as a market leader in the EMEA region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory plans, managing pipeline in Salesforce, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Establishing Rippling as a market leader across EMEA
- Working closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook
- Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A BA/BS degree
- At least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
- Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
- Success in top-performing sales organizations
- Familiarity with HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
