Customer Success Strategist

The Customer Success Advocate role is a pivotal position within our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for customers in driving their success and growth. This individual will be part of the Customer Excellence Group, responsible for accelerating customer adoption, retention, and expansion across the EMEA region.
As a trusted advisor, the Customer Success Advocate will onboard new customers, introduce them to available resources, and facilitate personalized engagements. They will drive product adoption by advising customers on how to deploy and leverage our products to meet their business needs. The successful candidate will also proactively guide customers to available resources, enhancing their ServiceNow experience.
Cross-functional collaboration will be essential, partnering with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and differentiate our platform in the marketplace. The advocate will support customers in attending workshops on governance, adoption models, internal champions, and platform maturity to accelerate customer success.
Escalation management is critical, resolving customer issues quickly by leveraging company resources and maintaining high levels of customer engagement.
