Job Title: Senior Site Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Senior Site Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing planned design, providing accurate setting out on site, and ensuring work progresses on time while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and validate the accuracy of setting out and levelling of works according to drawings/specifications.
  • Conduct quality control and testing of work and materials in accordance with specification requirements.
  • Carry out checks on works prior to and following concrete pours.
  • Take charge as Temporary Works Coordinator when required.
  • Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors, resolving technical issues as needed.
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.

Requirements:
  • Hold a degree-level qualification in Building Engineering, Civil/Construction Engineering or Construction.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience within the construction industry.
  • 5 Years experience as Site Engineer taking ownership of setting out works.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience successfully managing and monitoring sub-contractors.
  • Experience in AutoCAD.
  • Possess a full, clean driving license with scope to travel to site locations based on business requirements.
  • Hold Safe Pass certification.
