Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role in our global Finance Transformation program. As the main interface between Finance and Project Teams, you will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class practice frameworks are established and maintained throughout each phase of the transformation journey.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on opportunity for a finance professional with strong expertise in compliance, internal controls, and risk management. You will evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks throughout each phase of the project, building and implementing scalable frameworks and controls across Finance.

The Compliance Manager will facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create structure within dynamic and evolving transformation programs.

About The Person

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE
  • Highly motivated individual with a demonstrated high degree of personal integrity
  • Strong understanding of risk and control
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative style to working
