Job Summary

This role requires a skilled maintenance technician to perform various mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical tasks to maintain safe equipment operations.

  • Perform routine maintenance activities on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Source and obtain required parts and materials for maintenance activities.
  • Document all maintenance activities performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical assemblies and be able to read and interpret basic electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and take preventive measures.
  2. Conduct regular testing and validation of equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall equipment efficiency.
  4. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  5. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
