Senior Brand Specialist Role

A dynamic professional drives growth across key pillars of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) with support from core partner teams.

This role leverages advanced data analytics to provide actionable business advice and recommendations to optimize sales and profitability.

The job involves managing product lifecycle, ensuring relevant selection, driving supply-chain excellence, and optimizing inventory management, delivery processes, and content to improve conversion rates.

  • Developing and executing a growth strategy for a portfolio of complex vendor accounts through operational excellence and strategic planning
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive business results
  • Analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and developing data-driven recommendations to optimize vendor performance
  • Driving vendor adoption of Amazon programs and tools to maximize mutual growth opportunities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with senior vendor stakeholders

This position requires a Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant background, 3+ years of relevant experience in Retail, E-Commerce, Account Management or related field, and fluent written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1 level).

Desirable qualifications include experience in developing junior team members, influencing without direct authority, basic SQL knowledge, and knowledge of another European language.
