**Project Coordinator Opportunity**

About the Role:

You will serve as the central point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of the home energy upgrade process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each home energy upgrade project.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Manage and oversee the work of external contractors, ensuring they adhere to project plans and quality standards.
  • Effectively allocate resources (time, materials, personnel) to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Track project expenses and ensure projects remain profitable.
  • Provide expert advice to homeowners on Home Energy Assessments, SEAI grant applications, and available finance options.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and building codes.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting key milestones and any potential issues.
  • Conduct thorough site visits, including accessing attics and other high areas as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within the construction or energy efficiency sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Full driving license and own transport.
