We are seeking a skilled professional to work in our lending division, providing tailored funding solutions and advice to corporate customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Our team is dedicated to building long-term partnerships with our clients through deep customer relationships, expert guidance, and best-in-class service. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the continued expansion of our business activities and the management of our existing debt portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective funding solutions for corporate clients
  • Analyse repayment capacity and industry trends to understand client needs
  • Provide exceptional service across all customer channels
  • Engage with the local business community to represent our organisation
  • Manage credit and operational risk effectively

For this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be expected to collaborate with our sector specialists to deliver tailored senior debt solutions.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in credit assessment, financial modelling, and cashflow lending
  • Understanding of the lending process and loan performance analysis
  • Ability to learn on the job and utilise various systems for data analysis
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Commitment to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering quality service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a motivated team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
