Tech Expert for Mobile Device Management

We are looking for highly skilled technical professionals to join our team. As a key player in providing best-in-class mobile and IoT device management solutions, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Job Summary

This role is ideal for out-of-the-box thinkers who appreciate the art of creating great software and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone and email-based post-sales technical support for software products
  • Investigate issues reported by customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve them
  • Work proactively to update customers on progress regarding outstanding queries
  • Respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience
  • Provide superior customer service regarding MDM solutions, diagnose and solve application queries, and answer customer questions
  • Use various devices to reproduce customer environments to troubleshoot issues further

You'll have the chance to work with leading-edge technologies and take on complex and interesting projects as part of highly collaborative and agile teams.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Solid understanding of OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting)
  • Understanding of modern Windows client (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11) and server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022). Experience with database management systems (such as SQL Server) and virtualization technologies (like VMware or Hyper-V) is beneficial
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience; exceptions for qualified candidates
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results-oriented
  • Able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in fluent German and English. Fluency in additional Nordic languages is advantageous
