Job Description:

Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for performing diverse maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds. Duties include repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances; troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety and security systems; painting (interior and exterior); and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep, etc.). The technician conducts all job duties in accordance with company policies and safety protocols.

Property details: Fairway Family Apartments, Dublin, CA, United States. Full-Time, Unit Count: 304. Driving a site-owned golf cart is a requirement; a valid unrestricted United States Driver's License is required. Pay: $26 - $28 / Hour.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in Residential Property Management. Related experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction is also considered.
  • Proficient in preparing properties for regulatory inspections and ensuring compliance.
  • High School diploma or equivalency; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred.
  • Must be able to wear a respirator and be medically fit for duty; able to comply with facial hair policy.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet).
