Customer Service Liaison

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our leisure destination.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle all calls, internal and external, in a professional and efficient manner.
- Responsible for handling reservations and inquiries for treatments.
- Work alongside colleagues to ensure the facilities are clean and well-stocked with towels and amenities.
- Deal with guest and member requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process check-ins and provide information to guests as required.
- Liaise with other departments regarding billing procedures and other requests.
- Familiarize yourself with groups, conferences, and meetings on a daily basis.
- Complete daily reports before the appointed time.
- Ensure the oncoming team member is fully up-to-date with the status of the business.
- Promote a positive working atmosphere at all times.
This position requires flexibility with working hours, including Saturdays. You will be qualified to QQI Level 5&6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent, and have previous experience in a similar role or recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience.
