
Dynamic Compensation Specialist

Our team seeks an individual to fill a Reward Analyst role. This position involves collecting and consolidating pay elements from various systems and sources, including base pay, cash allowances, benefits data, payroll elements, colleague-related data, and absence data.
- Data Collection & Consolidation:
- Collect and consolidate multiple pay elements from diverse systems and sources.
- Base pay, cash allowances, benefits data, payroll elements, colleague-related data, and absence data.
- Data Validation & Quality Control:
- Perform rigorous data checking and validation to ensure completeness and consistency across datasets.
- Identify discrepancies or anomalies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Reporting & Compliance Support:
- Support the generation of internal and external reports for pay transparency, equity analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare datasets for analysis by internal stakeholders and external auditors where necessary.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
- Work closely with colleagues in relevant teams to ensure alignment on data definitions and collection timelines.
- Provide technical data support for ongoing audits, initiatives, or analysis projects related to pay and reward.
- Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the development of standardized templates, checklists, and documentation to streamline data gathering.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, payroll, compensation analysis, or data management roles.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and benefits administration processes.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive data in a confidential and compliant manner.
