Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our Revenue Management Solutions team.
The successful candidate will work in a busy hospital environment, interacting with Hospital Staff, Patients, and Healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely and professional service delivery, debtor day management, and credit control.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple software solutions for client account management.
- Ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Debtor day management and financial reconciliation.
- Handling Patient, Consultant, and Secretary queries and complaints.
- Day-to-day processing and completion of health insurance claims.
- Credit control and private insurance status checks.
- Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
You should be able to multitask, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrate attention to detail.
