Leadership Role for Project Professionals

This leadership opportunity offers a chance to work with experienced teams delivering high-quality projects in construction management. With extensive industry experience, you will gain new skills and grow your knowledge in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope, priorities, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare, review, and recommend design team RFPs and appointments.
  • Document actions and outcomes from project meetings.
  • Assist with developing programs and tracking progress.

Post-Contract Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects through tracking planned vs actual progress.
  • Proactive management and reporting across design, cost, time, safety, and quality aspects.
  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, design teams, clients, and third parties.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of construction project management experience.
  • A track record of working on capital works projects or leading them in various categories.
  • Experience in high-density residential projects, commercial office shell & core, mixed-use developments, or similar sectors.
