IT Security Expert

We are seeking a skilled IT Security Professional to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in a secure facility.

The position reports to the Chief Information Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust security measures for computer systems, networks and information
  • Define system security requirements and design secure computer architectures
  • Design and develop technical solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities
  • Assist with incident management, participating in meetings to address actual and potential issues
  • Prepare comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement
  • Assist with security awareness programs, including training development and presentation
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field and/or relevant professional certifications
  • Qualifications in Azure/O365 and other security-related qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years work experience as a Security Engineer or Information Security Architect
  • Detailed knowledge of database and operating system security
  • Experience working in a regulated company
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO27001 and Cobit
