We are seeking a seasoned Finance Acquisition Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with expertise in finance acquisition and integration.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance acquisition team in all aspects of acquisition accounting, integrating acquisitions into our company's ways of working, improving controls, eliminating risk, and aligning processes where appropriate. They will also build strong partnerships with the acquired finance teams for onboarding and integration, contribute to aligning acquisition integration with broader finance transformation strategies focused on efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision making, and support the finance team during periods of significant change and growth, helping embed scalable, standardized, and forward-looking finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance acquisition team in acquisition accounting and ensure seamless integration of new entities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for controlling costs, managing risks, and driving process improvements
  • Foster collaboration among finance teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Analyze business needs and develop targeted solutions to drive finance transformation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on finance-related matters
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a professional accountancy qualification, a minimum of 5 years PQE, experience working in large-scale organizations, a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines, excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, and the ability to build relationships internally, externally, and cross-functionally.
