We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Acquisitions and Business Transformation Expert.

This is a key position that will play a crucial part in driving the success of our business through the strategic integration of newly acquired companies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of acquisition accounting and ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition to business-as-usual.

You will also be instrumental in coordinating the technical integration across financial control and IT colleagues, contributing to broader business transformation projects, and partnering with acquired business finance teams.

We are looking for a self-motivated and adaptable individual with strong project management and change management skills, who can provide regular progress updates to finance leadership.

A Professional Accountancy Qualification with a minimum of 5 years PQE is essential for this role, as well as experience in a large-scale organization.
