At Fexco Limited Company, we are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to lead our technical documentation strategy and produce high-quality digital and written content.
Job PurposeThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, creating technical documentation for software engineering environments. They should possess excellent English writing skills and be able to produce accurate and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a cross-product documentation management strategy, introducing best practices for creating, storing, and managing product documentation.
- Produce high-quality documentation, ensuring it is appropriate for the intended audience.
- Perform research, editing, and necessary revisions to prepare documents, user guides, implementation guides, and other materials.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with experience in creating and implementing a new strategic approach to technical writing preferred.
- Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or a related field, or engineering degrees with excellent English writing skills.
