
Senior Customer Service Manager

We seek a highly skilled Customer Service professional to oversee customer service operations in EMEA and India.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise teams of customer service representatives
- Manage daily operations, planning, assigning, and directing work to meet service levels and key performance indicators
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within finance and sales
- Proactively manage the Order to Cash process, ensuring timely resolution of order processing holds and effective communication of product availability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a college or university and/or a minimum of three years' related experience and/or training
- Experience dealing with international business, including import/export and management of Letter of Credit and Incoterms
- Previous experience managing customer service or contact centre teams in multiple locations
- Strong people management skills, with ability to recruit, develop, and lead team in fast-paced environment
- Ability to give and welcome constructive feedback, contribute to building positive team spirit and friendly engaging work environment
