Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Executive to join our UKI market team. As a key member of our SMB sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through acquiring and managing new business clients for TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of new business clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success on the TikTok Ads Platform.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed performance goals, whilst delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation initiatives and collaborate with regional peers to drive business growth.
  • Expertise: Stay up-to-date with TikTok product updates, ensuring that clients have access to the latest features and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including campaign management, social media, and mobile advertising.
