High-Performance Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a dynamic role that focuses on delivering exceptional quality in operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs and possess excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop best practice models for high performance projects, ensuring seamless integration with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate calibration meetings to maintain knowledge and quality standards, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
- Disseminate policy updates and knowledge to teams, fostering open communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform daily audits, providing in-depth analysis of errors and actionable feedback to respective teams.
- Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SMEs and management teams, informing strategic decisions.
- Conduct root cause analysis escalations through established processes, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
- Identify and assess areas for performance improvement across relevant markets, driving growth and innovation.
- Minimum 1-year QA experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech company, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of business needs, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations.
- Familiarity with business logic of labeling and working mode of upstream and downstream teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable reporting to or collaborating with a broad range of partners, building strong relationships and driving results.
