Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Cloud Sales Specialist to join our expanding Inside Sales team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for strategically prospecting into new accounts, expanding usage within existing customer bases, and ensuring these customers continue to get value from the NOW Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by managing sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales, and more, to collaborate on sales cycles and drive growth.
  • Analyze organizational pain points and challenges to understand how ServiceNow solutions can provide value and drive long-term success.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand pipeline and close deals, leveraging the Value Selling sales process to win new business, expand within existing accounts, and ensure contract renewals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales capacity.
  • 1-3+ years of full sales cycle experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
  • Persistent and dependable, with a strong focus on attendance, deliverables, and deadlines.
