Global Bank Administration Role Overview

This position oversees the workload and deliverables of a small team, ensuring high-standard maintenance of applications trackers mailboxes in line with agreed Service Level Agreements and timelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Core data within a Treasury Management System and monitoring capturing quality related metrics.

This role encompasses multiple areas within the Treasury team including account opening closing operating custody and virtual accounts managing signatories on accounts setting up amending and obtaining information of services on accounts dealing with ad-hoc requests from businesses and managing/supporting projects as required.

A key aspect is ensuring compliance by business units with Global Bank Account policies and procedures.

This role involves a combination of teamwork and independent management items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of team workload and deliverables
  • Maintenance of Core data within Treasury Management System
  • Monitoring and capturing quality related metrics
  • Account management including opening closing operating custody and virtual accounts
  • Managing signatories on accounts
  • Setting up amending and obtaining information of services on accounts
  • Dealing with ad-hoc requests from businesses
  • Managing/supporting projects as required
  • Ensuring compliance by business units with Global Bank Account policies and procedures

About The Team

This role is part of a dynamic Treasury team responsible for providing expert support to senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration environment or similar
  • Previous Supervisor/Manager experience an advantage
  • Understanding of constitutive and other Bank Administration documents
  • Familiarity with payments and reporting such as Swift messaging types and formats
  • Experience of responding to KYC/AML/Sanctions requests from banks
  • Fluency to a native level in written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to multitask independently and effectively manage and prioritize a varied workload
  • Demonstrated awareness of controls and risks
  • Ability to investigate troubleshoot and resolve items to completion without close oversight
  • Proven ability in information gathering tracking and presenting this information in a clear concise manner adhering to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills desirable
