Quality Assurance Functional Test Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Functional Test Engineer to join our corporate banking applications team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met through thorough testing and automation of test processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality assurance testing for corporate banking applications to ensure business-requested changes are validated prior to UAT.
  • Develop creative solutions for automating test processes and design maintenance procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to work on solutions for applications and workflow processes.
  • Automate repetitive steps in workflow processes or applications to provide the highest quality for our technology and business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years of experience with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in corporate banking domain/applications.
  • Conversance in ITIL.
  • Ability to prepare automation strategy and plan and develop data reconciliation automations.
  • Experience in designing frameworks and good knowledge in any automation testing tools.
  • Defect management tool expertise (QC or Jira).
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Database, Data Warehouse (ETL), Data conversion, data migration, functional/regression, back/front end, and API testing.
  • Leadership skills to drive QA projects.
  • Playwright experience is an added advantage.
