Enterprise Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Business Solutions Specialist to play a vital role in aligning business needs with technical solutions using Salesforce.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business processes via Salesforce.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, dashboards, validation rules, etc.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials.
- Maintain data quality and ensure smooth integrations with other systems.
- Keep up with Salesforce best practices and recommend improvements.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
