This role is about ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations within our projects. It involves developing and maintaining standards, procedures, and protocols to guarantee the highest quality of lift planning, surveillance, and feedback.

We are looking for a professional with experience in construction solutions, particularly in data centre, semi-conductor, and pharma industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BS7121 and IS361, as well as proficiency in Autodesk BIM360 and Microsoft 365.

  • Develop and maintain company lifting standards, procedures, and operational protocols">
  • Ensure best practice in lifting, rigging, and craneage">
  • Assess lifting operations to provide accurate planning, selection of cranes, lifting gear, and equipment">
  • Manage a small team of localised APs to assure highest quality of lift planning, surveillance, and feedback">
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities">
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers">
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management">

The successful candidate will be able to plan and arrange rigging, explain in detail the process, and demonstrate expertise in CAD drawings, TW Awareness, and AP Training. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
