Senior Quality and EHS Specialist

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make a significant impact. You will be responsible for managing 2 EHS Specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality culture and adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and environmental, health, and safety systems.
  • Foster a proactive improvement culture in Quality and EHS.
  • Cultivate open communication and educate employees on new SOPs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership group to drive quality culture and adherence.
  • Maintain and manage quality through systems, quality control implementation and adherence, audits, inspections, and establishing high standards.
  • Conduct quality planning, including setting KPIs aligned with business expectations.
  • Coordinate external audits, such as ISO and EN1090.
  • Plan and manage the audit schedule for the Quality programme.
  • Coordinate quality-related training needs.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Third-level qualification in Quality, Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years in Quality Assurance, people management experience essential.
  • Experience dealing with customers from highly regulated sectors.
  • Certified Lead Auditor: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards.
  • Exposure to EHS; ability to engage with clients on quality queries.
  • Project management experience advantageous.
