Job Opportunity:

This role involves working as a strategic HR Partner for an 11-month period. The successful candidate will be based in the company's Dublin office, working three days a week in a hybrid arrangement.

The strategic HR Partner will provide expert guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters within their organisations, individually and collectively.

Key responsibilities include managing employee concerns and behavioural issues, enhancing manager capabilities through coaching and training opportunities, analysing data to identify proactive solutions, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, optimising operational efficiencies and elevating company culture and values.

Additionally, the HR Partner will ensure all HR activities are aligned with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, and assist with workforce planning and benefits administration.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global organisation in the technology sector and contribute to the development of efficient HR procedures and employee relations.

Key skills and qualifications required include experience serving in an HRBP role, specifically in a manufacturing or regulated environment, a third-level degree in HR or Business-related field, and a strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
