Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic HR Partner to provide expert support and guidance to our employees. This role will involve working closely with our management team to drive business outcomes and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with all legal requirements and best practices in HR.
  • Foster effective relationships with management and staff to drive change and improve performance.
  • Monitor retention levels, identify trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve targets.
  • Develop and analyze HR data, communicate results to stakeholders, and implement strategic recommendations.
  • Support recruitment efforts, manage new hires, and cultivate a nurturing culture.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, PROMOTE HR INITIATIVES, AND ADHERE TO BEST PRACTICES.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable to change and resilient.
  • Flexible and innovative.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience and Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
