Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team, driving business objectives through strategic partnerships.

  • Direct and oversee HR and Admin operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and compliance.
  • Partner with the Global Executive Team to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate annual HR initiatives, engagement programs, and company events, enhancing employee experience.
  • Oversee facilities management for Dublin offices, ensuring a safe and productive workspace.
  • Support group projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
  • Supervise the Dublin HR team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality service.
  • Report to the Head of HR and Admin, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
  • Undertake additional duties or business travel as required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in HR and administration management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong strategic HR partnership skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Expertise in recruitment and talent management, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Skilled in payroll oversight and HR policy development, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
