Strategic HR Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the continued evolution and strategic success of our global technology team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnership with Senior HR and IT stakeholders
  • Mentor and provide leadership development to a high-performing HR Technology team
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance across the Workday platform and align IT Change Control processes
  • Provide recommendations on new technologies to enhance effectiveness and customer experience
  • Develop and support business cases for HR technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR and IT on Workday solutions for business challenges
  • Manage workload, plan future roadmap, and allocate resources

Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of strategic plans for large-scale HR systems, including Workday. Success in managing geographically dispersed teams, including full-time and contractor team members.

Your Profile:
  • A proven track record driving innovative data-driven solutions with the HR team
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and various levels of organizations
  • Demonstrated capacity to drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and foster strong relationships

Prioritizing candidates living within commuting distance of an ICON office in Reading, UK or Dublin, Ireland. Bachelor's Degree required.
