Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team in delivering excellent service across the full employee life cycle. This is a high-volume, complex and fast-paced environment that requires proven skills in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the HR team.
  • Collaborate with the Group People Experience team to ensure aligned people practices.
  • Anticipate and respond quickly to changes, providing agile support that balances client requirements with employee engagement and legal compliance.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Drive the induction and orientation programme to embed company culture and compliance from day one.
  • Manage absence and attendance to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex and sensitive employee relations issues.

Key Requirements

  • Significant HR management experience within a BPO environment (minimum 5 years in a leadership role).
  • CIPD accreditation.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex employee relations casework.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
