Supervising civil works is a critical role in our organization, and we are seeking an experienced leader to take on this position.

As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This involves managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors and engineers, monitoring progress, and guaranteeing compliance with project specifications and health & safety regulations.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience as a Civil Foreman on utility, telecoms, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Full driving licence and relevant site certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS)
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to site management
