Empowering Adults Through Effective Service Coordination

Enable Ireland is seeking a motivated professional to fill the role of Service Coordinator in their Adult Day Services team located in Arklow, County Wicklow.
This full-time opportunity involves leading the effective development and delivery of the day service using a person-centered approach and in line with New Directions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing people and staff support and supervision, as well as knowledge of working in the disability sector.
Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining open communication with colleagues and clients.
Required qualifications include a third-level qualification in Social Care, Nursing or equivalent, along with at least 3 years' experience working with adults with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service outcomes and ensuring that the service meets the needs of its users.
