Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Europe. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction of process engineering.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes that meet production targets against lowest cost, while ensuring quality requirements are met. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge related to product, process, and equipment of Solutions Manufacturing used in a high volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment across multiple functional groups.
- Effective management of multiple concurrent projects and conflicting priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8-12 years of industry experience, with 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
- Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma experience is required.
