Operational Excellence Manager

This role oversees daily operations and ensures that our manufacturing solutions lab meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

To succeed in this position, you will need extensive experience managing a lab environment and leading production teams. Your responsibilities will include maximizing production performance, delivering high-quality results, and establishing clear goals and deliverables for individuals.

You must possess effective communication, presentation, and conflict mitigation skills, as well as a high level of emotional intelligence and approachability. Adaptability to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment is also essential.
