Commercial Growth Leader

This is a senior-level commercial leadership position responsible for driving growth and revenue in our core business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Define and execute trading, customer value management (CVM), and channel strategies aligned with company goals to drive commercial success.
  • Pricing and Promotions: Lead pricing and promotional strategy across all channels to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Performance Management: Own performance management for the team, including KPI setting, reforecasting, and trading optimization based on customer insights and market data.
  • Customer Value Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow customer retention, engagement, and value, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic direction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with ability to convert strategy into operational execution.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial operations, including trading, CVM, and channel management.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
