Job Description

MCS Group is proud to be working with a global name on their search for a Workday Integration Engineer. This role offers the chance to work with major clients, embedding Workday into their system landscape and ensuring seamless integrations across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design integration solutions.
  • Build and configure integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and other tools.
  • Ensure smooth data flow and accuracy across enterprise systems.
  • Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) to guarantee performance and reliability.
  • Provide guidance on best practice, data governance, and security.
  • Stay up to date with Workday releases and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver integrations for downstream systems such as Payroll, Time & Attendance and Middleware.
  • Lead client workshops and design sessions, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

The Person:

  • Previous experience as a Workday Integration Consultant/Engineer or similar.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • Solid understanding of integration concepts (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, APIs).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Strong communicator and team player, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
