Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding sales and service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed all operational KPIs while working on the phone and/or email.
• Maintain excellent performance records and adhere to quality standards on the phone and/or email.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to ensure informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Requirements
• Educated to Leaving Cert level minimum/3rd level qualification desirable.
• Proven sales experience in a contact centre environment or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
