Key Responsibilities

The Operations Administrator role involves prioritizing customer satisfaction, processing client/member requests, and facilitating communication with various stakeholders.

Your Key Duties
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Process client/member requests throughout the policy lifecycle in a timely and efficient manner
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients, members, brokers, and stakeholders via phone and other mediums
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software applications
  • A third-level qualification in a relevant field or discipline
  • Ongoing professional development towards meeting Central Bank requirements for qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience is advantageous for career progression
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Organized, results-driven, and deadline-focused with a proactive approach
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
