Customer Operations Coordinator
to join our team in Baldonnell.
The Role:
The
Customer Operations Coordinator
is a key link between our customers and internal operations teams.
This person plays a vital role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the CAFCO supply chain — from arrival to final delivery — while maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers at every stage.
The role supports both daily operations and long-term improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of service, data accuracy, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, updates, and service issues
Generate non-account holder invoices and process credit card payments.
Provide full administrative support to the Customer Operations Department
Generate and present operational reports (KPIs, trends, customer insights)
Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and internal systems
Support internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with planning, workshop, and logistics teams to meet SLAs
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Assist senior management with reporting, scheduling, and coordination
Carry out ad hoc duties in a fast-moving environment
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years' administrative experience, ideally in logistics or automotive
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure
Full clean Class B driving licence
