Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to support the delivery and improvement of our support services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or operations management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
