About This Opportunity

This is a permanent, full-time position as a Customer Account Coordinator in Dublin. As the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating master files with accurate and up-to-date information.

You will also schedule daily transport requirements for yard stock sales, accurately input sales data for contracts, merchants, cash, and internal orders, perform daily quality checks on sales data entries, and sign off on completed records.

Additionally, you will process purchase order requirements and coordinate scheduling with suppliers based on customer information, generate and prepare contract sheets for new agreements, and provide administrative support to assigned sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will have proficient Microsoft Office skills and prior office-based experience, as well as strong multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
