Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:
A skilled Network Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support services to clients and collaborating with our network team to provide top-quality service. You will monitor network performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintain accurate documentation, and assist in developing and implementing network security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to clients via telephone, email, and remote desktop access
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and incidents in a timely manner
  3. Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues
  4. Collaborate with the network team to implement and maintain network infrastructure and systems
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures
  6. Assist in developing and implementing network security protocols
  7. Train clients on network operations and troubleshoot common network problems
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network technology and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  2. 3-5 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting
  3. Strong understanding of network protocols, switches, routers, and firewalls
  4. Proven experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure and systems
  5. Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  8. Fluent in French and English
