Our team plays a crucial role in achieving a net-zero electricity system by collecting and delivering quarter-hourly profile data to market participants within agreed service levels and timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support to network technicians on the helpdesk phoneline
  • Perform operational tasks
  • Support validation teams
  • Share knowledge and skills openly with colleagues
  • Work in accordance with agreed guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the delivery of KPIs, providing reporting and analysis as required
  • Assist in the development of new business processes and continuous improvements
  • Demonstrate adaptability to change
Required Skills and Qualifications:
