Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of Profile Data Services. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Helpdesk service.

The primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to Network Technicians on our phoneline, utilizing applications such as MV90 and SAP ISU, along with MS Office etc. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other business units in Retail Market Services such as MRSO and MD Database.

This is a period of significant change in the industry with the roll out of Smart Metering and new generation technologies, providing personal opportunities for growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Good communication skills with a strong emphasis on telephone communications.
  • Working knowledge and competency in the use of IT systems.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and appropriate attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach to working and an ability to work as part of a team.
